HCLTech has signed an AI deal worth $1.14 billion (approximately ₹9,500 crore+) with Fortune Global 50. This is a Europe-based company that will modernize HCLTech Global Digital Workplace with AI operating modules. This shows the company's intention to include AI with itself.
This deal is from July 2026 to December 2031 and if needed in future, it can be extended further for 5 years. Now AI will be used in the work of employees in the company.
The effect of this deal was also seen in the stock market; shares rose by about 6%.
