Naturis Cosmetics has secured its first funding round of ₹100 crore. The round was led by Sharrp Ventures, with participation from Mirabilis Investment Trust, Anicut Capital, and Niveshaay. The company plans to utilize these funds to expand its manufacturing capacity. This marks the company's maiden institutional funding round.
Headquartered in Jammu, the company operates in the beauty products sector, primarily serving B2B clients. It was founded in 2011 by Rahul Tandon. The company collaborates with major, popular brands such as Pilgrim, Plum, Nykaa Kay Beauty, and Bare Anatomy.
The funds will be primarily deployed to enhance manufacturing capabilities, invest in new production facilities, and drive R&D and product innovation.
In FY25, the company recorded a revenue of ₹154–155 crore and a net profit of ₹12 crore. This new funding will further strengthen the company's market position, given its portfolio of major Indian brand clients.
