The company offers key services such as AI-based digital catalogs, B2B order management, CRM and customer management, inventory tracking, sales automation, and pricing and quotation management.
The company intends to utilize the funds for AI technology and product development, expansion into the US and other global markets alongside India, and the scaling of its engineering and sales teams. Key focus areas include developing new AI features and automation tools and onboarding more B2B clients.

WizCommerce was founded in 2020 by CEO Divyanshu Makkar and Co-founder Vikas Garg. From the outset, the company targeted the B2B market with the aim of providing customers with a unified platform offering comprehensive solutions—thereby benefiting the clients and reducing their operational effort.
In August 2025, the company raised $8 million in funding led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from key investors including Blume Ventures, Alpha Wave Global, and Z47.
